Registration

The registration fee is 450€ and includes housing, lunches, two receptions and local transportation. Housing will be provided for 6 nights (from Sunday 25 March 2018 to Saturday 31 March 2018). If you travel on different dates, you will have to organise your transportation from and to the airport, as well as the extra night(s). Travel and dinner costs must be covered by participants.

The number of participants being limited, participants have to go through an application procedure. The deadline for this application is 15 January 2018. Priority will be given to invited participants, then on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment details will be sent by email to the registered participants. If you have not received such email, please let us know.
