Formula 1 Strategy Competition

Formula 1 Strategy Competition

Welcome to the webpage related to the competition on Formula 1 strategies. During this competition, the participants build a racing team by developing their car and investing in their marketing department to attract the best drivers. Once the teams are ready, participants have to decide on their race strategy for each of the 10 races of the championship. They will have to decide how many pit-stops to make, when to make them and what tyres to put on. The championship races will be livestreamed and one team will be crowned champion! All the information relevant to the competition are available on this document. There exists a related MATH3001 project at the University of Leeds (see: "Faster than Hamilton!"). I welcome comments, improvement ideas, suggestions and questions by email.
